Charms are earned by playing Gauntlet mode, Runes can only be earned by playing tournaments. Purchasing an item will choose a random level in the given range, the stats will be randomized according to that level. Magic items are most common, Divine and Mythical items are equally as rare as though they had dropped from a monster through regular play. Level 51-60 items are the most powerful, and can only be found through regular play, or by spending radiance.
